Guests participate in a hands-on cooking session preparing three citrus-forward dishes using heirloom Florida varieties, many of which are now nearly extinct. The experience includes a curated Florida wine and craft spirits pairing, a printed recipe compendium, and a take-home citrus preserve kit.
